MOBO MANIA aims to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience and completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. For this reason, we allow our customer to Check & Then Pay Please use the following guidelines to process a return:


How to Return an Item for Used or Open Box

Since we offer Check and then pay facility to our customers. Unfortunately MOBO MANIA don’t Offer any refund once product accepted checked and paid by customer.

But we offer a repairing or exchange service to our valued customers if device have any kind of problem other than BAD LCD / TOUCH / CAMERA PHYSICAL CONDTION for more info about warranty claim or refusal (Click here) we will repair or replace without any charges until checking warranty period remain.

Sending product back to us If applicable

  • Products should be send back to us in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
  • Once we received a product WE evaluate the product and if the product is not misused or not against our warranty policy (Click here) we will proceed to repair or exchange without any charges.
  • We notify customer about product status once we evaluate through email / phone or any other available media
  • To repair or replace we may need 3 to 5 working days once received a product
  • Customer is responsible for shipping back all devices

How to Return an Item for Box Packed.

We accept a refund request with-in 3 days once receiving product by buyer.

  • Products should be send back to us in their original sealed packing along with the original invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
  • Once we receive package WE evaluate the product and if the product is opened / used / Activated / or not against our warranty policy we will proceed to refund.
  • We notify customer about product status once we evaluate through email / phone or any other available media.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping back all devices
  • Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

  • Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours before order confirmation call or wire-payment refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer
  • Please allow us for up to 07 working Days for the refund transfer to be completed (For the customers out-side United Arab Emirates)
  • Customers inside UAE. Will have their refund within 7 working days.

How long will the processing of my cancellation request take?

Once you put in a cancellation request for the item(s) in your order, MOBO MANIA will take a maximum of 1 to 2 business days for cancelling the order and initiating refund. You will be notified about the same.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note : Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

No item will be accepted without prior authorization. All RMA#s issued are valid for 14 days. Items received after expiration will be refused. When an RMA# is issued, please ship your devices to the address mentioned bellow as soon as possible. Please include the RMA# on the shipping label. Customer is responsible for shipping back all devices.
